We do accept walk-ins however we cannot guarantee the availability of our beauty therapists. To avoid disappointment we advise you to book in advance.
For lash or nail appointments please inform us of whether you have anything already applied that will need removing. We will then be able to allocate the additional time to your appointment as required. Please note we do not soak off other salons' acrylic nails or lash extension applications.
Due to an increase in unattended appointments we now require a £10 non-refundable deposit to secure any bookings for treatments that are £25 or more. This deposit can be paid by card or cash in the salon prior to your appointment.
We appreciate that finding childcare is not always possible, however if your appointment is not on the salon floor your child cannot be left unattended due to the sharp tools and chemicals that are within the salon.
Cancellations & Unattended Appointments
Please arrive just before your appointment time as last arrivals may result in your treatment being shortened or cancelled. If you are running late or need to rearrange your appointment, please give us as much notice as possible. If you need to cancel your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours' notice.
Payment for your treatment is taken at the end of your appointment. We accept card, cash or a valid gift voucher. Please note we do not accept American Express.
The minimum card transaction is £7.00
Gift vouchers can be bought in the salon. You can purchase a gift voucher for either a specific treatment or for any cash value over £10.00

New laws came into force on 25th May 2018 which aim to further safeguard your personal data held by DeCalma Beauty. We will, therefore, be requesting you to 'opt in' for your data to be collected by indicating what information you wish us to collect and sign your consent.
